Materialimpex JSC established its daughter company “Materialimpex Construction Co., Ltd” which specializes in construction of public apartments, houses and also all kind of interior and exterior decoration works. Since then Materialimpex Construction has established itself as the largest provider of residential and business construction services and high-quality building products to residential and professional builders and contractors throughout Mongolia . Construction projects that we undertake include building residential and commercial buildings, parking lots, private roads and more. We produce foundational blocks, concrete and mixture, tiles, decoration lights, various plastic articles and iron works, wooden and iron furniture pieces. The company has a factory to produce colored and non-colored boards, ashes blocks, iron products. We are also engaged in dehydration of wooden materials in autoclave cabin and production of wooden boards with our state-of-the-art modern technology. In addition, we add value to our services by providing remodeling and repair services to our clients. |
Latest Featured Project: As to the contribution to the Mongolian Governmental Program to build 40,000 apartments for the people in Ulaanbaatar , Materialimpex is contributing to support the development of the Ulaanbaatar and its people by building 1,500 apartments. The General plan of Residential Estate is approved and the construction will start in September of 2007. |
